Bread pudding cinnamon rolls

200g butter rubbed with sufficient self rising floor to form bredcrumbs texture. Add hand full sugar and 2 pinch of salt.

2 eggs into a cup with 1 capful fake vanilla to kill smell, top up with HL milk to 1 cup

Pour mix and sit over night in fridge

5 x Harumanis mangoes (http://www.knowledgebank.irri.org/cglrc/icraf/mangoBook/Description_of_Mango_Cultivars/Arumanis.htm) peeled and cut into slices then cut across grain - very fragrant

Toast 100g of sliced almonds

Mix muscadavo sugar with cinnamon powder

Roll dough out on floured surface into an even rectangle.

Sprinkle with cinnamon tainted muscadavo sugar and lay pieces of butter followed by mangoes then almonds

Roll and cut into pinwheels

Then line in tray lined with baking paper

Throw into oven 200 celcius for 40 min

Cool and serve - gingerly hor since it has the texture of bread pudding.
