This plant is a miniature - about palm-sized.

Flowers can be fragrant - esp. the var. canaliculiatum.

Epiphytic with a lot of roots dangling mid air.

Not advisable for the flat landers - this plant requires high light but low watering. it's ideal for highrisers as they can provide plants with enough incoming light at the same time provide shelter to the plant from excessive rain.
