Have not read the book (boh eng), so the plot changes did not affect me much. The special FX sucked in certain parts -e.e. when Sirius Black was speaking via a fireplace - the FX of the similar scene in Globlet of Fire was much better.
Miss Umbridge is unsurpassed in her role -e xcept by Rong Momo in Huanzhugege. Very well controlled acting where most people will burst out in laughter when trying out that role.
When Fudge discovered that the Dark Lord has return, someone in the audience went "Duh!"
